The quality of the preparation of the floor had a house builder friend amazed (and envious). Obviously the next difficulty lies with fitting it around the edges and doorframes etc. But anyone looking at it would think that the doorframes and skirting boards were fitted on top of the karndean.

Just to say a big thank you for the patience you had when we were choosing the Karndean for our hall floor. The choice of colour and design is exactly right.

Also, a big thank you to Eddie for his excellent workmanship, the attention to detail by you both is fantastic, even to matching the door strips to the rest of the floor.

Our hall is quite small and L shaped the diagonal pattern means, no matter which way one looks the floor looks the same, the whole area looks bigger.

Have enclosed two photographs, I don’t know if they are any use to you, the area is so small it was the best I could do. It really doesn’t do your work the justice it deserves.
